Description
In his search for the natural successor to an already highly accomplished beer, ReAle, Del Borgo’s Leonardo di Vicenzo experimented with different hopping techniques until he hit on the perfect recipe, using three times more hops than in its sibling for an intense taste experience.
Pouring deep gold with a fine white head, the resulting burst of perfume brings citrus and pine resin notes, alongside a delicately spicy incense quality.
This generously hopped recipe also offers a wonderfully dry mouthfeel and, with an IBU of 70, a reassuring bitterness that feed into a superb citrus finish with satsuma and tangerine overtones.
